For an available live capability, each admitted Search, Reviews, or Photos source-page request costs one API request unit, including successful empty pages. Standalone live Reviews and Photos are currently unavailable. Status reads, stored-result pagination, export creation, and export inspection cost zero request units. Test-key fixtures consume zero units and use simulated usage. Do not equate zero units with unlimited request rate. Rate and concurrency limits depend on the account’s plan. Read response headers and error details rather than hardcoding an assumed universal limit. On rate_limited or concurrency_limited, respect Retry-After, back off, and stop at your deadline. MCP success metadata includes gmapscrawl.com/request_id, gmapscrawl.com/schema_version, gmapscrawl.com/usage_units, and gmapscrawl.com/usage_state. MCP tool errors include error.retry_after and error.usage_state in their JSON text. Quota and plan failures need an account or request change; repeated retries do not fix them. Check availability before planning live usage.
