q is required (2–200 characters). page defaults to 1 and supports 1–10. hl sets the language, gl is a two-letter country code, and optional ll supplies a center and zoom such as @47.6062,-122.3321,12z. extra is a boolean. Omit fields you do not need; unknown fields are rejected.
Follow the returned job and read data.records from its results endpoint. Business records are normalized as schemaVersion plus a place object, with fields such as name, placeId, mapsUrl, address, location, phone, website, rating, reviewCount, and observedAt.
Contacts, opening hours, reviews, photos, and other attributes depend on what is available. Preserve null, empty arrays, and fieldStates; do not invent missing phone numbers or emails. Cite mapsUrl and preserve observation time where present.
